Aidan (she/her) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with children, teens, adults and families as they navigate learning differences, life transitions, low-self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and family discord. She approaches therapy from a nonjudgmental, holistic, and trauma informed perspective while incorporating psychodynamic, art expression, mindfulness, relational, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Aidan is passionate about helping individuals recognize and harness their capacity for growth and healing.
Aidan earned her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and provided emotional and academic support in elementary school classrooms. She then obtained her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute while providing therapy to adolescents at Terra Linda High School Wellness Center.
