Kat (they/them) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for relational and somatic work through a systemic and decolonial lens. They are a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Somatic Therapy. Kat holds the orientation that each person is the expert of their experience and supports clients in connecting with their aliveness and inherent wholeness. Kat facilitates mindful experiments to bring awareness to what the body is saying through sensations, movements, gestures and other patterns. Kat offers an opportunity to be seen and feel more deeply, in service to greater understanding and connection.
