Maureen McLaughlin is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. She earned her master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in transpersonal psychology and was inspired to pursue therapy after a meaningful experience with her own school counselor growing up. Maureen works with children, adolescents, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, and relationship challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients build emotional regulation skills, deepen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
