Delilah is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with individuals, families, and children since 2021. She takes a somatic/body-based and integrative approach to provide warm, empathic, and evidence-based care.
Delilah received a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and began her clinical work at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy. She served as a mental health intern for the Albany Unified School District during the 2023–24 school year. In her work, Delilah helps individuals, couples, and families better understand themselves, implement new behaviors, overcome communication challenges, and feel better overall.
