Revive Health Therapy

Elijah Aquilina, AMFT #164999

supervised by Sasha Levine, LMFT #84819

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Walnut Creek & Telehealth Across California.

Elijah (he/him) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a clinical background that includes individual therapy, group work, and supporting people in intensive mental health settings.

Elijah knows firsthand what it’s like to go through difficult periods, feel uncertain about yourself or your direction, and wonder how or if things can change. He became a therapist to help people navigate life’s challenges, better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lives that feel more fulfilling and authentic. Whether someone is struggling, adjusting to change, or simply ready to grow, he wants them to know that meaningful change and hope are possible. He brings his full self and personality to therapy and uses humor when it feels natural and appropriate.

His approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Rather than viewing difficult behaviors or emotional reactions as flaws, Elijah helps clients understand what those responses may have developed to protect them from. He tailors therapy to each person and draws from person-centered and relational therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based work, and trauma-informed care. He believes therapy should feel human, purposeful, and relevant to what is happening in a client’s everyday life.
