Payment in full via credit card is expected at the time of your appointment. We accept credit card payments, including FSA or Health Savings Account cards. While we do not accept insurance directly, we provide itemized receipts for all insurance providers for potential reimbursement.
Annually, on January 1st, session fees increase by $10. You will receive notice of such changes at least 30 days in advance.
You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for all scheduled health care services. We will let you know your fee before booking your appointment. If you have private health insurance, your costs may be less if you use an in-network provider. Please also be aware that you may not be able to receive “out-of-network” benefits for services from a pre-licensed therapist. Check your health plan to be sure.
